The French National Center for Cinema and Motion Pictures (CNC) initiates many actions in favor of the movie industry and audio-visual programs - e.g. co-financing the French Video Game Fund (FAJV) with the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment. The Fund's mission is to promote R&D, innovation and creativity in the field of video games.


Logo ANRT

The French National Association for Research and Technology (ANRT), joins the biggest private and public players in research and innovation. Its three main achievements are Industrial Training Agreements through Research (CIFRE), the FutuRIS prospective platform and the Europe division which facilitates partnership search processes.

The CIFRE subsidize companies that recruit PhD students to participate in reasearch projects in cooperation with public laboratories. CIFRE agreements are funded in total by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research and implemented by the ANRT.


Logo Agoranov

Agoranov is a public incubator that supports the creation of innovative companies with ties to public research. It promotes projects in six main areas: Eco-Innovations, Engineering & Services, Corporate Software, Media & Interactions, Networks & the Internet and Life Sciences. Agoranov is sponsored by the French Ministry of Research, the European Social Fund (FSE), the Ile de France Region, the Regional Office for Industry, Research and Environment (DRIRE) and the Paris Town Hall. Located at the center of Paris, the incubator was founded in the year 2000 by several prestigious institutions: the Pierre and Marie Curie and Paris-Dauphine Universities, the Ecole Normale Supérieure and ParisTech, a higher education and research center that includes 12 top schools.

Cap Digital Paris Region is a competitiveness cluster for digital contents and services. It includes 9 area communities with more than 500 members. Cap Digital carries out 6 main actions to support an industry that is worth 300 billion euros: development of R&D, innovation and shared platforms, set-up of corporate development services, forecast management of skills and training, a technology watch through its 'Think Digital' program and the promotion of international visibility and competitiveness.


Logo adhérent SNJV

Created in 2008 in the aftermath of the French Multimedia Producers' Association (APOM), the French National Video Game Union (SNJV) is a trade union for :
+ video game and multimedia entertainment developers;
+ legal entities or individuals that are regular contributors such as free-lance designers, publishers, distributors, public and private training centers and research laboratories specializing in video game techniques and technology;
+ regional trade associations aiming to promote the video game sector, represent and defend trade interests and encourage both video-game production in France and abroad and business communications with observers.


Logo Capital Games

Capital Games is a local production system (SPL) in a specific location - the Ile-de-France Region - with a corresponding job pool that operates as an inter-dependent network.
It's a non-profit organization (association 1901), created in 2003 by Frédéric Weil, an indie video-game developer. Capital Games includes independent video game producers and developers from all platforms, at the local and regional levels.
